In May 2019 the sampling team, consisted of Maria Doula, Antonis Papadopoulos and Stamatis Kavasilis visited the pilot field in Rethymnon Crete. The field is an olive trees orchard cultivated under non conventional practices. The coexistence of agriculture and livestock farming resulted in soil organic matter almost 5%.
